I was a bride almost five years ago and I have to say I truly loved my dress. When I tried it on, I knew instantly that it was going to be MY dress! As a bride it is important to keep several things in mind when selecting a wedding dress.
1. Enjoy the process- Hopefully this is the one and only time you have to look for a wedding dress. Enjoy it! It is your time to feel like a princess
2. Be open to different styles- Wedding dresses are sometimes deceptive. If you are only willing to try on one specific style of dress you may miss out on the perfect dress for you. Try a completely different style than what you may like….it could surprise you
3. Be realistic about you budget- Your wedding dress is a major and very important purchase, although you have to live after the dress. Take some time to figure out your budget before you go shopping. Make sure your salesperson knows your budget and is willing to stay within it. There are beautiful dresses avaliable for just about any price point.
